The applicants and clients have the right to:

Certification Context

  • The Client has the right to receive clear information regarding certification requirements, evaluation processes, and applicable fees prior to the certification process.
  • The Client has the right to apply for certification within the defined scope and to use the issued certification only within its approved scope and validity period.
  • The Client has the right to appeal and/or lodge complaints against certification decisions in accordance with the Certification Body’s established procedures.
Certification Context

  • The Client is allowed to refer to the granted certification only in a truthful and non-misleading manner, strictly within the scope of certification granted.
  • The Client shall not use, reproduce, or modify the Certification Body’s name, logo, or certification mark in any way that may imply approval outside the certified scope or create confusion regarding the status of certification.
Certification Context

  • Any reference to certification in communication materials (including advertising, documents, brochures, websites, or social media) must clearly reflect the certified scope and must not misrepresent or exaggerate the certification status.
  • The Certification Body retains the right to take appropriate actions in case of misuse of its name, logo, certification mark, or any misleading reference to certification.
